One of the best ways to achieve a physical goal is to do it with a partner or a group. Various studies continue to show that people across the world find it easier to workout and achieve physical goals if they are in a group setting or in an environment that promotes a common goal. It's one of the reasons people go to various meeting places such as church,
physical therapy clinics, libraries, and even the park. We need each other to get to the next level, whether we are looking at a physical goal or something even greater. That's the focus for this weeks discussion. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf said "The size of your dreams must always exceed your current capacity to achieve them". You can't always dream by yourself. Find a friend, find a partner, find a group and let's achieve our fitness dreams together. I stated that I wanted to be a Spartan Trifecta Finisher in 2016 and I achieved that goal with the help of some great friends. I am hoping to run the NYC Marathon for 2018. My group Spartan Sundays has promised to join me on the journey. What dreams do you have for 2017? What ever you do... Dream big! Make your dreams a reality.
